"The Letter I Never Received" | Short Film

Synopsis: Débora slowly learns to live with the loss of her grandfather, after he died of the coronavirus. Dealing with her absence is her daily process and the way she finds is to materialize her grandfather in unique objects and situations. She tries to maintain her strong bond with her grandfather by writing a letter.
​

"From Side to Side" | Documentary
​
Synopsis: Being a ballerina is much more than beauty, spins, big jumps, and pirouettes, it means dedicating yourself 24 hours a day, overcoming pain, lack of recognition, and encouragement. It's making it look easy. It's making passion your daily engine. Lives relate to ballet, having their lives moved by this dance. Dancers discuss how prejudice and beauty standards interfere with their routine, bringing to light the conflict between idealization and reality.

My roles were Direction, Cinematography, and Capture of all coverage images, Editing and Finalization, in addition to carrying out the photographic essays and writing the theoretical work. A student and independent documentary, for the 3rd semester of Radio, Tv, and Internet, at the University Metodista of São Paulo.

Direction, Image capture and Editing of the training event promoted by Mercedes-Benz, in São Paulo, Brazil, called PAM: Mutual Assistance Plan, with the participation of more than 10 companies and their security teams like Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Sherwin Williams, Scania, Samu, Sherwin Williams - Alvarenga, Ambipar, Basf Batistini e Basf Demarchi.

Synopsis: With the impossibility of having their own child, Laura and her husband Eduardo adopt a child out of the desire to complete their family. The diagnosis showing his son Murilo's autism leads to the dilemma between staying with the boy or going in search of the ideal motherhood.

Short Film made to conclude the semester of the Technical Film Direction course at Academia Internacional de Cinema. Direction and script signed by me.

Short film "Good Morning", by Academia Internacional de Cinema, participating in the Night of Kino, of the 27th São Paulo International Short Film Festival. A short film scripted, shot and edited in 48 hours.

"From Side to Side" | PRODUCTION FOLDER - Written Project
​
The documentary "From Side to Side" (2019) is an audiovisual project that approaches Classical Ballet from the point of view of deromantizing the dancer, then working on the deconstruction of perfection, the daily struggle to overcome personal and professional challenges , pain and stereotypes, in addition to the lack of recognition in their own country, and showing why, that with all these challenges, they continue to do what they love. A documentary approach to the lives of two main characters, dialoguing with the chosen section, with testimonials and interviews, from spectators to dancers and teachers. The situation of dancers is explored from an internal perspective, the difficulties and experiences of those who live and have lived in these conditions, giving voice and another look at these situations.
